The pricing was clear overall, which I appreciated. I just felt like a little more context or detail would’ve helped me understand exactly what was included.

My order got mixed up at first, so I was a little worried it was going to be a hassle. I reached out to support and they replied quickly. It did take a bit of back and forth, but they kept me updated and got everything fixed in the end. Not perfect from the start, but I appreciate that they actually followed through and didn’t leave me guessing.

In my experience, the communication was solid overall. They did a good job explaining what was happening and answered my questions in a way that made sense to me. I tried coasttradelines.com because I was hoping the credit report info would be accurate and easy to rely on, but a few balances and dates didn’t match what I was seeing on my actual reports.
